What's the difference between "Rank" and "O-Rank"? Like what should I care about as I change my line-up?

One is the pre-rank (applies to the draft rankings) and one is the rank based on their stats for this year. I don't know which one is which off hand.

Rank is what you should go by. O-Rank is what they were before the season.

Like Brett Myers was originally 230, now he's 21 overall.
