1 pointPersonal experience. Hence why we're doing this. Your mileage will vary. There is not a "one size fits all" approach to this.

1 pointGet True to send you the new holders. If reseating didn't work, but the tape did, it's either a tolerance issue with the holder or the steel. You'll figure out which, once you get new holders. Regardless, True should replace whichever is causing the problem.
