    Totally agree. The result sucks but it was purely accidental IMO. THAT SAID... they do punish players for accidental high sticking. I wonder if they’ll ever move towards penalizing other accidental plays. Probably too much of a slippery slope to even go that direction.

    I was thinking game 4. Just to push back on the sweep. But maybe 3 will give them some energy. They looked way better to start the game but then that first goal that was a bit of a Charlie Foxtrot basically was the beginning of the end.

    Well, this series is over. It’ll be exciting to see two games in Toronto but the energy will be pretty muted. Switching prediction from Leafs in 7 to Bruins in 5.

    I am REALLY pumped Colorado made it in. That said, Nashville is going to stomp them IMO and end up sweeping the series.

    Winnipeg in 5. They're just too good. As long as Hellebuyck continues his play this series won't be even close.

    This one is hard. I've been wondering all year when Vegas was going to come back down to earth, and it just never happened. Why count them out now? I do feel like the Kings are a lot more like their 2014 selves this season especially with Kopitar regaining his touch and Quick being healthy and winning the Jennings. However, Muzzin and Forbort are both out making that D pretty thin. I think this will be an amazing series to watch. I'm going with Vegas in 7.

    Washington in 6. The Blue Jackets aren't anything special and are about what they were last year if you subtract the winning streak. I expect Washington to do well this year, just because they aren't the presidents trophy level powerhouse, which may be advantageous.

    Pittsburgh in 4. It could go 5, but I don't see it making it to 6 games.

    I'm a bit worried with this one, the Bruins were just too hot in the second round. I was really hoping to play Tampa because, if nothing else, it would have been crazy exciting. If the Leafs manage to win this, it will take 7 games so that's what I'm going with.
