  1. Just wondering what do you like better?
  2. Never heard of it. There were a few other brands that sold something similar. Tovi Hockey for example; https://tovihockey.com/technology/diamond-coat-liquid-tape/
  3. POWERFLY HOLDER & STEEL: https://share.vidyard.com/watch/cE4e52BHmWsWtgnLFtXHzY?
  4. The gunmetal version I was able to preview did not look like the current Re-Akt Titanium, which was raw. Indeed, it looked painted or powder coated. The shape for the II and III seems the same.
  5. It will not be available as a standalone purchase in S1/S2 2023. Not sure about 2024.
  6. 2023/2024 Bauer Cages, including the new titanium cage: https://vimeo.com/833381029
  7. Very soon. Super pumped for it to release in the i2 version (oreo)
  8. They are significantly stiffer than the LS Edge holder.
  9. Good question. In the retail models -> 14" Bauer Vapor 13" Bauer Ultrasonic 13" Warrior QR 13" Warrior LX
  10. Order 6, keep 2, sell the others. Profit.
  11. Like I said, in time the TRUE "twist" as I call it becomes standard for players who use the customs. You can also flare the cuff as well, if needed. I am not a fan of waxed laces, they tend to lock in too tightly and cause more issues than benefits. Glad to hear the lace bite has been resolved; nice play on words there 😛
  12. 14" in FT1, FT4P, and now FT6P. No changes in fit for me.
  13. They have ENDVR which is not as good, but at least its something. Supposedly they are going to build an online education platform like Bauer U.
  14. Give it some time. You will learn the TRUE "twist and turn" movement. lol
  15. The 2023 HYPERLITE2 skate is a little heavier than the 2021 HYPERLITE model. I would say the FT6P is about 90-100 grams heavier than the 2023 HYPERLITE2.
  16. Very similar, but I think they added even more volume in the FT6P. I have never worn a tapered skate, yet my FT6P are tapered...
  17. I always wonder the actual involvement of the Pros in companies, such as Skatescribe. Are these Pros just getting a few % of ownership in exchange for attaching their name to a product, or are they actually investing significant capital?
  18. What's funny is when I first saw the FT6P all the rep talked about was the addition of the facing allowing more forward flex and wrap on the foot. He was super excited about it. Some feedback: The addition of the eyelet facings provide a nice amount of forward flex and foot wrap. I don't know how they measure the stiffness index specifically, but the skate feel the same as the FT4P and does not feel as stiff as the AS5P. This leads me to believe the stiffness index is actually 195 and not 215. The new modifications to the boot make it feel like V2 of the 100K if you were testing it blindfolded. Small additions, like the asymmetrical neck of the boot and revised foams, are enjoyable. The new boot last is interesting. In current retail models, I have always fit a regular boot, but it was a tight fit. In the FT6P I had to go with a tapered fit as the boot is very much cut like a V. The regular and wide boot feels huge on my feet with too much depth and width. This might be helpful for those with wider or more voluminous feet. Also, the added weight is noticeable if you are coming from a FT1/FT2/FT4P. I assume the changes to the revised shell and padding are responsible for the increased weight. It was immediately noticeable when I first got on the ice, but after a few skates I was able to adjust. Disclaimer: I have the pre-release model, so it is very possible that changes could have been made in the retail production model.
  19. HT said they confirmed the stiffness with CCM. Europe has a different stiffness level than NA. Not sure why....
  20. The weight and balance point have been changed. I think what he meant was it will feel even lighter than it measures on the scale. Been testing the JSFT6P for a bit now and am very impressed as it feels similar to the JSFT3P.
