In Buffalo, Eichel only has it because it is too soon to give it to Dahlin, but he (Dahlin) will be the leader of that team eventually, and might be their best player by the end of Week 2 of the season.

A couple new ones. First a maritime/family tattoo on my left forearm. My mother grew up in Dartmouth NS and moved to Ontario when she was 12. My parents and my brothers have all relocated back there. Originally done in April. Finally got some much needed touch ups done today on the high sky and the ropes. And...the first two lines of a poem called "If" by Rudyard Kipling on my right forearm. As a person who has always had a temper and tried very hard to not blow up the way I used to when I was younger, this is a good reminder about temper and temperment. Fresh out of the chair today.

Owners go in while they still own. Writers and broadcaster go in while still active in their industries. It's hard to say what the League would look like with someone else in charge, but their have been Cup winners in Carolina, Florida and California in his time. A player born in Cali and raised in Arizona was the #1 pick a few years back and the cities like Nashville & Las Vegas LOVE hockey!!!. Like him or not, the League is in better shape than it was when he took over and hockey has grown in places few people expected.

Country singer Troy Gentry (of Montgomery Gentry fame) and Country legend Don Williams both passed away Friday. Gentry was 50. He died in helicopter crash. Williams was 78.
