1. Generally, yes. Though if the skate is lopsided or requires significant correction, I will dress multiple times per skate 2. I generally don't use anything unless I'm having problems 3. I use fine shine

I know there was a team that had the #1 and #2 pick from the same draft, yet didn't pick either one. /cue people scurrying to figure that one out so they can say they knew it. I can only assume the draft year makes it too obvious. Although, if the 2 played together and it wasn't for the teams that drafted either...that could still be a tricky piece of trivia. Pretty strong draft year, at least one guy with more than 300+ games from each of the first 8 rounds.

Problems are back, worse than they have been in weeks.

Local rinks require near full gear for open hockey but very little for stick time. Been to more than a few drop in's at more than a few local rinks with guys playing in sweat pants, gloves, and a bucket. I suppose you could call it lack of enforcement if you're one of those asinine "I've always gotta be right" types. But unenforced rules don't carry much more weight than non-existant ones. Evidently I need to clarify, the rinks local to me require near full gear for open hockey.....If they see anyone out there without pads, they get tossed. I wasn't aware that you had been to the rinks near me lately to see the contradictory evidence.

It's very hard to be good at both ends of the ice. If you spend all your effort in the defensive end, you have nothing left when it's time to head to the other end.

Here I am just a couple miles from MSG and not only can I not get to the game, I can't get it on TV in my hotel room.

It's funny that Murray expects the kids to earn their ice time but the vets can stink up the joint and still see 20 minutes of ice on any given night.
