The bass ackwards company where IT rules instead of supports the organization.

I was fine yesterday right up until I took my spot for the opening faceoff last night. Now I can barely get to my feet.

Crippling back pain.

You've held it together this long, probably stronger than you think. If you aren't comfortable with anyone you know then perhaps you should try talking with a therapist.

Color me skeptical on your geometry.

The LS2 is a 9' radius.

Glad to hear.

Some folks really like the aggressive pitch. FYI, you don't really need to quote the post directly above. Just a helpful tip for future reference.

Beer doesn't care if you win or lose, only that you showed up.

I can't count how many times I've said to some kid, "Nobody's getting signed tonight."

Everybody is allowed a vacation once in a while. -
I chuckle at guys who talk about mixing up lines in game or captains sitting guys in certain situations. Its beer league and everyone paid their fee. Is the tee shirt really that important?

Best number for beer league is 10 skaters.

Standard beer league rule: give up 2 goals and your shift is over.

Basically, run/walk is what I was suggesting for Optimus.

They also have a much longer radius put on them and the blades are sprung to increase blade contact with the ice throughout the stride. They aren't too worried about agility.

You will find that you'll be able to handle longer shifts and that your recovery time will shrink as you improve your fitness.

Most non-hockey people don't get that hockey does nothing for endurance. It is basically hustle-rest-repeat.

To be honest, I think your trainer is doing you a disservice with that workout. Jumping into jogging those 3 minute intervals isn't easy for someone not accustomed to jogging. I was in decent shape when I did my cardiac rehab and even then it took me a while before I was jogging at 3 minute clips. When I started working jogging into my routine I was walking for 4 minutes and jogging for 1 the first outing. Then it was walking for 3.5 minutes and jogging 1.5 minutes and so on until I was finally jogging decent times and distances without having to take walking breaks. I would also recommend that you extend your warmup and cooldown. My warmup before jogging is 5 minutes. I start with a minute walking at 3.5 mph and add .4 mph every minute after for those 5 minutes. Then I am more ready for working up to the quicker jogging intervals that I'll be doing before ending with a 5 minute cooldown where the first minute is 4.5 mph slow jog and then subtracting .5 mph for each minute after until the 5 minutes are up. Obviously, you wouldn't be working with those speeds right away but the theory is the same.

That shouldn't really be a problem if the boot is heat molded well around your foot.

Profiling is only $15-20, not sure how $60 in holders/steel plus labor is cheaper.

You know you're getting older when the kid behind the counter chuckles when you ask if they've got any Custom + around to do a holder swap.

I always found that when reffing beer leagues, the higher the level the lesser the bullshit.

Take your time, that squash has to last a lifetime.
