    Tie breakers should include goals against, head to head, record against common opponents (if applicable), and penalty minutes. There is guaranteed to be at least one problem game in any tournament that uses goals for or goal differential as a tie breaker.

    I hate goal differential for tie breakers, encourages teams to run it up.

    With such forward pitch, you have to skate with plenty of knee bend, otherwise, you're weight will get too much out over your toes and you'll be toe picking or stumbling when trying to get speed going.

    Before trying any changes to insoles or the like, simply try not tying them so tight.

    I always try to milk along my favorites for just that reason. They always get put away in blowout games or will be rested if a game seems to be getting too chippy.

    I think it was similar thinking but I don't believe there is a link between the Kor skates and MLX/Mako.

    Maybe try a couple of indoor kittens to bridge the pet gap. If you get 2 then they'll have each other on those lonely days when the family is out doing a million and one things, they'll be self-sufficient (bowls of food and a litter box keep them happy) and you'll have animals around when you are home.

    Had it been some kind of medical emergency then I'm sure an exception would have been made, otherwise, what is in a checked bag that is so important that you must have it between the hours of midnight and 7am?

    Maybe they didn't feel like searching out one bag that you would be handing back to them in 4 hours.

    VH is still in the R&D stage? They've been on NHL feet since Spring 2013 and those guys usually don't put prototypes on their feet for NHL games.

    I enjoyed coaching peewees and bantams. You earn credibility by doing all of the hard skating drills with them. It is hard for them to slack when the coach is skating hard.

    It probably depends on what they have in stock as to what they'll send as replacements.

    Usually leagues tend to get less physical the higher you go up the skill ladder. Guys know how to play subtle contact and can stop and skate with their head up.

    Not really, most tweaks needed to my skates bought locally are done in at most a day and all it costs is a couple bucks of gas money.

    They don't always suck but there are plenty out there that do. I've worn the stripes and I'll cut guys working to be in position and focused on the game a lot more slack than the guy who calls a goal from the blueline or offsides from the goal line.

    Did you consider swapping the holders out for something more neutral?
