    Different number system. I think the bite angles he has are eq to 3/8 and 5/8

    FBV is a Spinner. It's the only way you can shape the wheel with a flat hollow. If I get a bit of cash, I just might be your man. JR you're moving to st. louis?! No. Gonna offer me a job?

    I know, I know it can be done. I mounted Danny's first ONE90s and I shaved the excess w/ the crossgrinder. But if having an oversized holder on there bothers him, he could go the 254 and since it is longer steel with the 2.1, come pretty close to a 263 regardless.

    Just get 254 w/ LS2.1. Should feel like a 263. Problem solved.

    Went digging around in my attic... Short cuff, no HD inserts :) Need to be completely overhauled, palm's a bit rotty.

    Yes, and it will cut down on how long it takes to sharpen a goal skate (w/ regards to deep hollows)

    It's not exactly the same - the edges will be shorter because there isn't a deep hollow - it's merely the bite angle.

    I know it can be done to a regular Blackstone with a bit of manipulation, but it's more cost-effective to buy the portable to do a FBV.

    FBV is a totally new technology that only can be done with this type of machine. Trust me when I tell you that it's worth getting.
