Unbelieveable skates, can they be mine? Sure. Call your Graf dealer and ask them to order you a pair of 501's in your size. Leetch wants his boots back. Second guess is Gretzky, after he ran out of Daousts around 96. Leetch is correct, Sir. Ha, nice... The second guess I threw in there just because, not like I ever saw Gretz in Graf but I knew he was experimenting with boots after he ran out of Daousts.

You have problems, my friend.

I hope that I get the small embroidery on mine. Luckily I went with my nickname instead of my full name.

JR, Sometimes I get the impression that you know everything months in advance of the general hockey public. oh wait, you do :P Sorry, but I can't lay claim to that one. Reason why that logo is bigger in the NHL is for tv exposure.

My dad's pretty handy with wood and I was telling him that I wanted to make a dust collector of some sort. I drew up something and he completely ignored it and made this LOL - It's actually pretty cool - it snaps into the base and I can move it in and out depending on the size of the skate. Whenever I'm done sharpening I just stick the vac hose in there and clean it all up. -
Yes. The new FL4.0 is equivalent to the FL18. The FL4.0 Pro (Europe only, but available custom (although someone on here said it would be retail orderable in NA) is pro level, and not an significant upgrade from the FL12.

Not at retail -
THere weren't any FL12s last year. The FL18 was the top model, which was equivalent to the FL10 two years ago.

Then again you work for a giant in the industry - plus you already had Stealths before FBV. All of these smaller stores who have either a) invested in retrofitting their machines or B) bought an X02/F-02 Spinner portable have to recover their initial investments. They need to make a distinction between FBV and a normal hollow sharpening. Not only that, it's a premium sharpening. -

All the guys I know are charging more. You have to. It cheapens the concept if not. -

Please refrain from using "duller" and "sharper" when talking about hollows. There's no relation. Deeper and shallower, longer and shorter. You can have a 1" hollow that is sharper than a 5/16." I mean, I'm a 1 and done sharpening guy - since I've always had access to a machine, but I'm going on my 4th skate with FBV and no problems with the 90/75 whatsoever. -

Wrong - Did a pair in Tampa yesterday. So, you can have a grill in the arena parking lot, but you can't sharpen skates in an arena parking lot? Because one number corresponds to the flatness of the blade and the other of the bite angle. 100 would mean that there's more of a flat, therefore, the edge on the 50 will be more pronounced than the same edge with a 90 flat. Make sense? -

The telling sign is that he was fine on synthetic and bad in the game. It's not the method, it's the edge. -

When I was up there I noticed most kids skated on old or pond skates, not their game skates. Ponds do quite a bit of damage to your blades, synthetic ice isn't easy on them either, especially if it's "pond hockey grade." I used to sharpen a lot of Disney parade skaters and they always get 3/8" and deeper. That's why you see a lot of kids getting them done after they have treadmill sessions - it destroys the edges. I strongly believe him blowing out on turns would've happened anyway, FBV OR standard hollow. -
Call them.

Guys, keep in mind that the glove options that I have are not available at "retail" customization. So, you can't request them because they will not be fulfilled. Just want to put that out there and I appreciate Warrior for doing them for me.

They were, for certain players. Not anymore.
