Holy industry consolidation Batman!

How could you possibly think that he doesn't know what he had personally ordered and produced?
-
Hard to catch and prove.

Statistically the biggest increase in teen drug use is from 11th to 12th grade. Hopefully you make it. Despite what the press and pro pot advocates say, other than legitimate medical marijuana use, its a dangerous road for many and not, IMHO, worth the risk. Lots of experience here both personal, parental and professional.

Work... self righteous, holier than thou bosses who have no loyalty.

It was only a joke about coming home from work (for me) and hearing more about work related topics. Thats all. Don't read too much into it.
-
You didn't say anything wrong... congrats.

..... when you come home from work and read your MSH posts and see this.... and you are a HS Assistant Principal. Epic fail.

So when do we get to hear about True and shoulder pads??? Looking for something different in the market... maybe adjustable shoulder caps so us really broad guys and actually get a good fit!! -
I enjoyed my college years in Albany. Wish we had a team when I was there.

Wow!!! Glad you are getting that under control!! I dropped from 6.4 to a 6.1 with diet and now with metformin down to 5.4.

I'm good. Consider apology accepted and I respect option 3. God knows I've said plenty of stupid things in my life. Eaten a lot of crown over the years... tastes like chicken by the way.

And what exactly about his name makes you say that? Maybe he wouldn't be a douche is he had a generic, non ethnic (Christian) name like John Smith? Tread carefully.
-
So sorry.

a1C is measured on a 1 - 10 scale. Normal is 5.7 and below. Prediabetic is 5-7 - 6.4. Diabetic is 6.5 and up. 137 sounds like a regular blood glucose test. A 37 would be too low to be honest. I suggest you spend some more time talking to your endocrinologist and maybe taking a diabetes class if needed. Med insurance will set you up with that. I am a type2 diabetic on meds.

There is no doubt that some parents put a lot pf pressure on their kids. And there also no doubt that some kids don't put enough pressure on themselves. There is always a continuum.

As a high school AP I cannot condone supporting the notion that not graduating HS is ok and that your grades do not matter. While there are many people who succeed without a diploma or college degree the odds are not in your favor at all. In fact you stand to lose a tremendous amount of money if you do not graduate HS. Similarly the higher your degree the more money you are likely to earn. So... there is a payoff to doing better. Is it absolute, no. Do you need to get a 3.5. No. But the more competitive the field or graduate school it helps. Does it matter after your first job or two and after you have established a professional track record - unlikely; but how hard you work and how well you do does matter.

Thanks for the offer... I'll let you know.

I would but they didn't make them home after the game... I kinda feel stupid about the whole thing! I tend to be pretty impulsive that way.
-
You described what I felt exactly .... I really should have tried them before a pick up session or something when I would have been more willing to work it in and get used to it.
-
I'll be honest - I didn't give them much of a chance at all... never even made it onto the ice. I fit them like the instructions said. Sat in the house with them for a while and then on game day went to the rink. When I put them on my feet it was just too different and I wasn't willing to risk feeling uncomfortable. This is one of those times like when you break up with a girl and you say" "its me and not you."
