  1. Looks to be the new ADV in the wild.
  2. Fit profile shouldn't be much different, however, if you have a chance to jump on a 180 (180 or S180), I would hop on that very quickly before buying the S29. Major difference in boot quality.
  3. These would go great with my JDP 2000 elbows I've been using since I was 9 (1999). Great find!
  4. Hey, Paddy. I'm the manager at Sterling, and I can say our Inventory levels have been getting higher and higher throughout the year, and will continue to increase this year. Do we have everything we would like currently? Definitely not, but that's going to be drastically change over the next couple of months. Let me know if you have any questions!
  5. If you have chassis currently, stop by Pure Hockey in Cherry Hill, NJ (right over any of the Philly bridges). I do most of the rivet work there. If you don't have chassis currently, it may be tough for you to get a hold of a set before then. I'm not 100% sure but I think the Hi-Lo patent expiring has something to do with not being able to find those chassis anymore. You can still find Labedas on some sites, but I know we're all out of roller chassis currently as a company.
  6. It's slipping my memory, but I'm pretty sure the NLS line was a 2017 release, which would mean they aren't due for a refresh til 2019. Regardless, even if they are a 2018 release, you're probably looking summer/fall before a refresh, so if you're looking at the NLS1's, I'd say jump on them.
  7. Still have yet to sell one at our store. Not to mention, it looks and feels hideous.
  8. Have to agree with you here, but only on certain aspects. I think in terms of the pants and shoulders, and the elbows outside of the QLT, they've underperformed. But at least in my area, we're still selling a ton of the shins and gloves. But I will say what hasn't been sold with the pants and shoulders, have been replaced with the Tacks line. Bauer still hasn't taken a percentage back in my area with protective. People seem to gravitate towards the CCM protective now.
  9. Usually, if you need to ask if a site is legit, that's a good enough sign to stay away.
  10. A year?! Damn man. I unfortunately know how it goes all too well, with my sister doing chemo at 16 and my mother last year. Wishing the best for you guys, If you need anything, I'm just a phone call away!
  11. I'd be willing to put money on that being the truth. Doesn't even come close in my neck of the woods, which is a huge roller hockey hotbed.
  12. This is the second set of T'Blades I've seen in the last week and I can't believe there's people who still use them outside of Dennis Seidenberg haha.
  13. Working at a big-box store has its pros...and cons haha
  14. Mom: "You should get rid of some of your hockey equipment." Me: "Come on, I don't have THAT much!" FWIW: What picture shows: Bauer Supreme 70 shins, Bauer Vapor APX2 shins. Bauer 4500 helmet. CCM V08 Helmet. CCM 4-Roll Pro Stock, Bauer Nexus 800, CCM U+CL, Mission Inhaler AC2 Gloves (since added pro-stock CCM 30K's) Vapor 1X LE with Magnesium Chassis, Revision Flex Wheels. CCM JetSpeed with aluminum chassis and Labeda Addiction Wheels. Mission Inhaler DS1 and Bauer Supreme 170. Sticks: Easton Synergy GX, True XCore9 and A6.0. Warrior QRL. Nike Bauer Supreme ONE90. Numerous outdoor sticks
  15. We stopped carrying Graf in the store I work at because it simply took up space that could be better utilized with Bauer and CCM. Point is, people (meaning kids/teens) aren't coming in to the store saying "hey do you have the new Grafs in stock?" It just doesn't happen and hasn't happened in the 2.5 years I've been there. The only people that ever come in looking for Graf skates are older guys who were skating in it years prior. They're most likely buying their last skate at the time they come in, so they end up going with something Bauer of CCM most of the time. Sure, there's some guys that will end up in Graf regardless, but it's a very slim percentage. They just can't compete anymore.
  16. Found this in my buddy's basement and first thing I said was what the hell do I have to do for you to give me this stick? Traded him a QR1 with a curve I no longer use for it and voila, nostalgia at its best. Stick is still in great condition aside from paint chips that the ONE90 was notorious for. Now if only I can find a XN10....
  17. Excited to give this a try. Loved my CX and regretted giving it away, and preferring more of a mid-kick stick I think I'll like this one too, even after being critical of Easton sticks in the past.
  18. Just finished these today. 1X LE, Magnesium Chassis, swiss bearings and Labeda Addiction Signature Wheels. Still debating whether to take a Sharpie to the blue parts on the chassis
  19. New jets . Actually had a broken eyelet on one skate, little drilling, little epoxy, was able to install a traditional eyelet with no problem.
