    Haha....seriously! There was a LONG waiting period for me from the time I had them made up until the time I was able to skate with them (surgeries). I love them....best skates I have ever used for roller and I cannot say enough good things about the Sprung chassis. They're phenomenal!

    That's rough :( What about one of the visor/cage combos? Do they even make those with tinted visors? That would be quite a unique look :lol: Haha....nah, I'm fine with the cage. Way used to it by now.

    Haha...thanks. They do have tarps but they don't come down far enough. I wish they would address that. Either that or stop giving us 6pm games. 2 out of 10 games at 6pm is 2 too many.

    Yeah, it's covered with a roof but has open-air sides. The sun is a KILLER though. Our game was at 6 and the sun fills one end of the rink and blinds everyone. Check it out - The facility is the 949 roller hockey center in Irvine (formerly Wayne Gretzky's roller hockey center).

    Here's some pics of me from our roller game the other night (we won 10-3, I had 5 goals and an assist). (stupid puck wouldn't lie down for me) (rung one off the post here) (Vishi05 passed to me, puck was out of my reach but I corralled it and beat the goaltender upstairs :))

    A black fine DecoColor paint pen will fix that....I used it on mine to get rid of the white stitching. :) Nice gloves, JR.

    But you won't get them that way, so why bother? Why not? That's what I did with mine and I didn't have a problem.... You got lucky. Seriously, I posted that after mine. Retail customers can only have the options available in the customizer. PM'ed.

    It also helps if you have photoshop, so you can mod things to the way you want them that aren't available on the customizer.

    Dude, I asked for that and PAID for it and they forgot to put it on....I was going to inquire about it but I decided I would rather deal with it and not have to mail my gloves back and face another delay. The font you want (and what I ordered) is "NHL font", but what I got was "Standard." If there's one thing I don't like about my gloves, it's the huge font my name is in. <_<

    If you go with either of those, keep in mind they aren't covered by the warranty....

    I don't know what the upcharge was for the logo (not that it matters now ;)). There definitely was an upcharge for the custom cuff but they didn't itemize everything so I don't know what the cost was per customization. The final cost of the glove was $280.00 though, in case anyone is wondering. A nice chunk of change but they are honestly the best gloves I have ever owned. I love 'em.

    close... a 50mm f/1.8 Nikon(series E from about 20 yrs ago), the 1.4 is too baller for me They take great pics of equipment though. No joke....the DOF is amazing. I still want to pick up a macro lens though eventually because I love macrophotography :)

    Slightly OT - was that pic shot with a 50mm 1.4 lens? If so, I just got that lens the other day (Canon). :) Goddamn I love that Navy/White/Red color scheme.....awesome gloves, man.
