The eyelet facing is new...The past vert from the original proto line has been on the skates since the D1 series....

I guess I was referring to the placement of the top three eyelets. In the helium series, the top eyelet is set behind the one below it instead of "in front" of it like in the photo.

If the 76mm wheels can fit without haveing to recess the boot (ala tour), I would just like to get my hands on that black Alloy chassis. :o

They don't remind me of the original WL skates and in some of the up close shots they look slick (nice looking material) but from far away it just looks like simple white striping on a dark boot.

Just my one consumer opinion.

And those gloves are strikingly similar to the old Bauer Vapor 10's and 6's.

What does a traditional looking boot look like? All black?

The wheel is not recessed in the boot...With a minimal change to the chassis, the wheel clears. Plus, the way our outsole is designed (since we use the same outsole for Ice and Roller) the 76mm wheels fit.

As for the gloves, wait till you see them in person..They are completely different than any other glove out there...

Yes, the pics above are of the same skate.

No new goalie...Just a slight change to the Nylon on the side of the Elite pads, but that has been a change we made earlier this year.
