sfael 0 Report post Posted September 20, 2008 A kid on my team has a pro stock one95 but to me it seemed really heavy and unbalanced even though it had an inch plug in it. Maybe because it was pro stock but to me if I didn't know what it was I would have thought it was a pricepoint stick. However the kid says he loves it so it must fire rockets and have unreal feel then but I hope the retails are different.

Do you really think you are special?Sorry for the rant, Im just getting tired of this crap in this thread. On topic though, I am really looking forward to seeing this stick. From all of the great things I have heard/seen, it looks promising. The one90 never did much for me.

Gummer12 134 Report post Posted September 22, 2008 Are the sticks in the case all the same, or is there a variation in curve type and flexes? I know it's half L and half R. If all the same, are ALL the cases the same, or are there different cases with different patterns?

Hockeyman11385 1 Report post Posted September 24, 2008 Just skated for the first time with the one95 tonight. I was coaching so I didn't get a chance to really put it through its paces but the first impressions were very good. Definitely feels lighter than the one90 but still well balanced. I think it feels much better balanced than the S17. I would also say the kick point is lower than the one90 but I haven't played with them back to back to confirm that. The final point is that I think it plays softer than the one90 in terms of flex. I'd say it feels whippier than the one90 at the same flex (87 cut to a ~92, both same length). It may be the lower kick point (?) but I'm not really sure All in all, I think it's a great stick, the best I've used so far.
mek 0 Report post Posted October 21, 2008 I got my One95 about a week ago while i was in a hockey tournament in New Jersey. It is the perfect stick for anyone whole likes to dangle just because of how soft the touch is on it. I love the whip, its like the whole stick kicks, not just one point. I got the 87 flex lindros too but only because its all they had at the pro shop and i wanted it so bad. Definitely the best stick ive used in a long time and its been through 3 or 4 games now and i have 5 goals and like 6 or 7 assists so its officially my baby.bottom line: GET IT!!! TJM254 0 Report post Posted October 21, 2008 would this be bad stick for me if i take mostly wristers and snapshots since it seems that it is built more for slap shots with the mid kickpoint or would it still be ok for me?
