On Saturday, June 21, the Avs will conducts its annual Equipment Sale from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. in the Grand Atrium of Pepsi Center.

I am so going to try and make that!!

This might've been posted before... But I didn't see it. I received this email today:

The Capitals want you to come to Fan Fest on Saturday, July 12, at Kettler Capitals Iceplex in Arlington. The day will be filled with hockey, skating, autographs, interactive games, an equipment sale and much more. The event is open to the public and free of charge. July 12 marks the culmination of the Capitals Development Camp and will feature a scrimmage between camp participants from 10 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. on the Capitals rink. The other rink will host a free public skate from noon to 3 p.m. Select Capitals draft picks will sign autographs immediately following the scrimmage. Capitals center Brooks Laich will also be on hand for autographs, while chairman and majority owner Ted Leonsis will join Laich to host a question-and-answer session with fans. Entertainment for children will include a moonbounce, a slap shot cage, an inflatable obstacle course and the Capitals' mascot, Slapshot. The Capitals will hold their annual equipment sale during the Fan Fest as well. The sale will be open to Capitals season-ticket holders from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. and open to the general public from 1 to 3 p.m.

Good luck finding any RBK Edge practice socks. That was the number one item I wanted to get at the Sharks equipment sale, and I was there two days before the general public was allowed in. They had over a hundred pairs each of home and away Edge socks, but zero Edge practice socks. Don't get your hopes up.

You'll also have the opportunity to select and purchase your seats for the 2008-09 season. Admission is free! The arena's tower entrances open at 6:30 p.m., so make your plans now!

Current and former Devils, as well as N.J. Devil, the team’s mascot, will be on hand to sign autographs and pose for photographs

Select and purchase your seats for the 2008-09 NHL season at Prudential Center

"Devils Equipment Sale" featuring new and used hockey equipment as well as Devils merchandise

Watch the first round of the 2008 NHL Entry Draft live on the scoreboard, and on TV screens throughout the arena starting at 7p.m.

Devils/Sports Radio 66 WFAN broadcasters Matt Loughlin and Sherry Ross will host the event

Listen to interviews live from the draft floor in Kanata, Ont.

Devil Dawg, the mascot of the AHL’s Lowell Devils, and Scorch, the mascot of the ECHL’s Trenton Devils, will also be on hand
