never liked the look of the ICMs. they just didn't appeal to me.

i know modano used to use them (i think he's on LS2s now?) and mario lemeiux sweared by them.. same with mats sundin and markus naslund (who's on LS2s now too).

they just remind me too much of the holders that would be on entry level skates that i'd see on mites/pee wees playing in house hockey.

Definitely a One95 in both pics. Some of the NBH guys like Mike Fisher were testing the new A.L.I.V.E. material last season and had some kind of hybrid. On another note, it appears that the newest form of the S9 pro skate looks like A.L.I.V.E. on the outside, so maybe they will call them S95's or something. I doubt it is actually the new material though. It's probably just doctored up to look like it. Maybe JR can weight in.

Those are SLM blades in the pic, not ICM. SLM SL-5000's used to come on the high-end Tacks back in the early-to-mid 90s until CCM came forth with the first gen ProLite.

Haha, actually they would be third-gen Prolites. :)

Original Prolite was in the 70s, Prolite2 was that molded one in the 80s.
