sorry to revisit a topic brought up a few pages back, but i've heard word that CCM's actually encouraging their players to test other companies' twigs, i.e. Vinny and Ovie, to allow them comparison to their own sticks. isn't that what pregame skates and practices are for?

can anyone confirm/deny what i personally believe to be complete horseshit?

also, i couldn't find what i was looking for using Search, but when are the current marquee CCM players' contracts up, and does anyone know who RBK/CCM has lined up to their roster currently, and in the near future?

I don't get what you guys are looking at with Backstrom's skates that make you think they're X60's? Is it just cause it says Bauer instead of having the Nike swoosh? Other than that I don't really see anything different....

Antropov 10K look different from what we have seen so far. look like final design... they added more green and flywire type of lines like the one95, look much better IMO.
