How do you catch Salvador with the AK-27, and call the AK-27 Elias is using the syko? look closer

he wanted the Sakic curve in the synergy back when he was in the WHL with Seattle.. but they sent him the Drury curve.. so he used it anyways then never went back to anything else.

Because using a Synergy back then was just so much better than anything else out. Drury pattern worked well in his first 20+ goal season last year. He has two so far this year too I believe.

Really? I was watching a game with them and I thought they looked terrible in action.

Well, that's the only look I've gotten of them... just in pics. I haven't seen all angles. I like the vertical stripes... it gives a lil' more flavor than the tradition horizontal stripes.

the sticks DO look similar.. but.. what i made out of what Elias' stick says.. is either PSYCO or SYKO... not AK-27.

Salvador's shaft says AK.

except the syko has an entirely different paint scheme, and the shaft says Twenty Seven. it's not rocket science.

Last night Dan Carcillo was using one of those black Reebok sticks with the vector logo painted on the hosel like in the Spezza pics a few pages back. That's like the 3rd or 4th different Reebok stick he's used this year in addition to a Warrior in a few games.
