Why would they do that? Every top-of-the-line Synergy has been silver, right? In fact, if I'm not mistaken, the Synergy is the only silver stick on the market, if you ignore the not-really-silver Dolo Spyne.

Easton brought a number of demo sticks to the MSH skate today, including some EQ50s. Nice stick, very interesting weighting system. I didn't play with it very much but the weighting system really changes the feel and balance and is very easy to use.

Used it for awhile had good feel balance wise and giving a pass and taking a pass was nice and soft not too bouncy at least IMO. On a side note at the draw after the flood shoulda face washed ya lol j/k

Yes, in general kind of like that.

In terms of color scheme, it looks a lot like it IMO. I can`t say I`m a big fan of the design, but maybe it`ll just grow on me like other stuff. But i really want to see the plug and get to fool around with the EQ before I reject it like all other Easton sticks I`ve seen.

I used one for a while, as well as the S19, U+CL, One100 and my normal sticks. It was a little short for me but was a nice stick. I just would have tripped you, too much effort to fight back when you're as out of shape as I am.

They were all different flexes, lengths and curves, so it's a little hard to compare. The Bauer and S19 were the best on slappers for me and the CL was great on wristers. The EQ50 was several inches shorter than the others, making it impossible to compare directly.

I used the eq50 for about 20 min in the scrimmage. It felt almost identical to the se16 intially... as the game went on i found that the stick became more whippier. The weighting system on it was pretty spot on, good feel and balance but imo there wasnt much kick in it - or at least the stick i was using.

If you are talking the Q4 catalog, the sticks are awesome. Got a chance to check them all out. The EQ40 and 30 have the weights down in the blade but not in the butt. Skates, same old same ol, just different colors. Nice apparel, ball caps are cool, real nice hoodies. Three new/renewed curves for you big hook guys!
