looks like brad richards sprays his blades silver or uses a shaft blade combo/ repaint since the RSII isn't available in a shaft.

Looks like van Riemsdyk does the same.

Well technically yours is orange but it is still a sweet graphics scheme I saw one of st. louis' sticks at the lhs hoping to pick it up soon!

Mine's orange? News to me. LOL

I did that color/graphic scheme before he did. :)

Chadd and I were one of the first to test out the customizer.

Did St. Louis switch over to Warrior because Easton wouldn't do the yellow anymore?

Corey Potter using a retail totalone against the sharks tonight

Ya just saw that too....he's using a PM9 Stamkos curve. Saw it clearly when he was in the box.

he's been using a retail total one since last season. dont really know why though

A number of people have said that as the kids that grew up using composite sticks reach the pro level, more and more are sticking with retail patterns. They didn't grow up customizing them as much as guys in the days of wood blades.

Do you think that over time as these guys fill out a bit more at the pro level and change their style of play, they'll sort of develop into their own curve?

Mike Johnson of TSN during the Oilers broadcast last night mentioned that Ryan Smyth has changed to a composite blade that is painted to look like wood. Not sure if this has been mentioned.

I can see that and maybe I'm just saying this because obviously I don't play in the NHL, but I'd like sticks with my name on it. He could still essentially get the retail build but with that. I like the simplicity behind his choice though.

To get us to talk about it, that's why.

As per their marketing campaign, they'll have the APX2 unveiled on their pro players at a predetermined point.

Ok got it! Thx JR!

I thought it would've been like with APX that was used by some random guys before going out on the market if I remember correctly?
