Anybody want to clue this guy in.

I'm guessing that this seller has very little experience in hockey. The box is from a pair of Vector skates so I'm sure that is where he got the "type" of skate. Pretty sure that 8.5E is the size on the box so who really knows what size the skates actually are.

Not an idiot per say, however, some things to consider:

* $26 shipping charge is outrageous

* Fury is no longer in business, so no warrantee

* The Payback stick wasn't ever released, right? So, retail $199? For a Fury stick? Somehow.... not thinking so....

* $144 for that is setting the bar a bit too high....

* No mention on whether it's left or right (pic shows left)

* no mention or picture of what kind of curve it is

side question (an honest one) - do they really make a Jr stick in a 90 flex?:

As far as I know, Fury is absolutely still in business. The rep came in the shop just a couple weeks ago showing the new product lines, and leaving some sticks to try out. Of course, I didn't get one of the freebies! :(

Yes, it was Paul. I have known him for a long time. His brother John finally got let go by Mistech a few months ago. This is a tough business to be in from the rep side. Add in today's economy and remember, these guys get paid on what is shipped/invoiced/paid, not how many orders they write. It has never been as easy as it looks or you think it may be, especially these days.

To be fair, he never says "pro stock" he says "pro". Seeing as how the gloves are SyNergy Pro model, he has a point. Also, while they are not "custom" in the sense that they were made specifically for your hand, all the SyNergy Pro gloves come out of a custom color program.

The only real issue is whether they truly are Columbus or not.
