Duder84 0 Report post Posted August 29, 2008 Those sticks remind me of the old ultra-lite shafts where you can see the weave. I love the simple design of those sticks.
kovalchuk71 212 Report post Posted August 29, 2008 (edited) That lack of money excuse isn't going to fly. Forgoing 2 cases of beer is enough for a good set of used mitts from here. Speaking of which, I get paid in a little over a week, those TPS gloves of yours haven't found a home, have they?LOL. Not yet ;) Edited August 29, 2008 by kovalchuk71

adam14 182 Report post Posted August 29, 2008 hey miike what are the farrell sticks like? weight, shaft shape balance etc, because they look pretty sweet. not a huge fan of the gloves though, i must admit.
Miike 1 Report post Posted August 29, 2008 hey miike what are the farrell sticks like? weight, shaft shape balance etc, because they look pretty sweet. not a huge fan of the gloves though, i must admit. The sticks are extremely light.. I've been using Pro Stock STs and they are lighter then these, the shaft shape is rounder and no grip. The stick feels really good, and is balanced all over, no cheap one piece feel thats for sure. The gloves are really tight around the fingers, which is whatw i'm used to, but i'm not a huge fan of the look, but i'm not going to judge them until i use them in action. They are extremely comfortable though and can't wait to use the stuff.

I just called looking for a pair of Mission AGX. Guy says "You mean AG? Or do you mean XP?... *long pause*"I then had to explain to him the entire concept of the AGX skate... low AG ankle, XP lateral stiffness... no idea what I was talking about.
