Played in an end of season tourney the 2nd weekend in may, ice went back in at our local indoor rink on Sunday. I hadn't played for a mere 5+ weeks, but dayum, it felt good to be back. Lungs were burning, heart is happy. I need to do some interval workouts. Our game was "live" on facebook.
