  1. Great explanation, thanks JS. Are you guys going to release a visual guide for dealers to illustrate? You did so with last year's skate lineup that I thought was fantastic.
  2. After getting rejected last week for a very promising banking position, I managed to secure an offer for the same position (albeit in a different subdivision) yesterday!!! Funny how life works sometimes. Bay Street, here I come!
  3. Exactly, there are so many variables at play that it would make for an interesting read when it's out.
  4. I for one, will be reserving judgement until that is published. In the meantime, I'm hoping that this study will push manufacturers to make safer helmets, while retailers should continue to champion that best fit = best protection.
  5. I agree on your points. The helmet would've been a 5500 if it was NBH, but I digress. Good point on the emails, I'll ask my boss to see them.
  6. I don't even know where to begin with your post...it's so ridiculous; your anger (why are you even mad?) is so misplaced it's mind-boggling.
  7. I remember them having a line of 'beer' gloves at PHL at one point. Were these included? Doesn't seem like it given the very unique cuff.
  8. That actually looks pretty cool.
  9. This would be a tremendous investment for those not living within range of decent sharpening locations. In addition to their own skates, they could also run a small side service for the skaters around them facing a similar problem.
  10. Nope I didn't notice any sizing discrepancies. We'd need a larger sample though.
  11. I need to graduate here guys... http://www.thestar.com/yourtoronto/education/2015/02/27/u-of-t-teaching-assistants-strike-late-night-deal.html
  12. Paint chips doesn't mean that it isn't durable...
  13. OK, there's some confusion here. Look at page 30 and 49 of the catalogue. Page 30 shows the curves available in the 1X. P28 appears to be only available in one option. Page 49, which is the curve chart, shows Lie 6 OR 5 available.
  14. Your QA point may be bit of a reach. There may be certain discrepancies but that may within their margin of error. I don't think it should be a factor. P28 AFAIK is a direct clone of E28. Don't worry about the lie numbers, everyone measures them differently. With that, I don't think there's a 'true 5.5' or whatever.
  15. Yes and yes. Bauer is assuming more people who know what they want for profiling will continue to do so for their steel, so the stock radius, which is rather inconsistent as it is out-of-factory, is of less consequence.
  16. Yeah the sticks are nice this year. They made an effort to improve weight and balance throughout the line. Same story with last year's MX3 Supreme line.
  17. Correct, streamlined story with the ultra low-kick. There is absolutely no merit to that rumor. That stemmed from that one tweet by Warrior.
  18. Fair enough, on the flip side though, I've found that majority of people who have voiced their opinion seem to find it amusing. It also gets people like you to talk about it, which, whether you like it or not, could be considered a good thing for them.
  19. Why? Because you disagree with the strategy?
  20. OK guys, I'll ask Bauer this next week when I do their demo event!
  21. Thanks, I agree with the blade, these new Bauer blades are some of the best I've ever seen. I'm with you on the MX3 though, great feel, but the kickpoint is now too high. I'm trying to get the mid kick like the One95 I had and I've been telling people to look at Nexus is they're coming from T1s.
  22. Have you used other mid kick sticks before? If so, how does this kickpoint/release compare?
