  1. oh, someone got a car, I thought it was a freeze frame from a Cialis commercial
  2. Silly to think your getting wiper blades and oil changes "free". That kind of stuff is built into the price you pay for the automobile and at inflated dealer costs
  3. I love the teams. Good level wheel, nice boot and chassis, and you can get it in several sizes on clearance after codes for around 150 shipped. To me, at that price, its a steal and what I advise most people I know to do when they have boots in bad condition and see my teams. Now im in max's for indoor which I scooped up for 240 after codes, they have over 100 in wheels alone. The main upgrades that I am interested in on the max+ is the quarter and liner, but I have to see if I am going to stick with roller before id invest in those. I was fairly successful my first season back, switching to the max skates about 3 weeks ago. some guys at a pickup even commented on how quick I was, and were shocked when I told them I hadn't played but the last 3 months since '00. is it the skates? now to just get the stopping down, I have noticed it easier with the addiction wheels though.
  4. it should just direct to livejournal.com
  5. liking how this catalogue and their releases are shaping up for this year. Will definitely give the CX and the model under a good look when it releases.
  6. Might I ask if this is in the hockey field?every industry is different and offers different challenges from a logistics standpoint. Sometimes a company will sell stock they don't have due to agreements with their suppliers to pull items, and then they find out later there are none at the supplier. A lot of this is on us as a consumer too.
  7. yeah, I too am not huge on the Pros, but the QR1 I felt at WF were amazing. Hoping to find them in store again soon so I can make sure it wasn't just my hands getting tired of trying on tons of gloves, but if I like em as much as I remember, prob gonna get a pair customizeded!
  8. not to mention the materials etc can be better at absorbing impact
  9. https://instagram.com/p/2Bp0VOithd/ Stx Instagram acct seems to hint that stallion will be released 05/15
  10. that's why I love my 100 comprehensive deductible.
  11. looks like a ripoff of the freerunner tool talked about in the edge thread
  12. Went to Total hockey today to get Inlines baked, Ive skates sharpened etc. sat down and looked to my right, Daniel Alfredsson was a few seats over. Didn't want to bother him because he was there with family, but i was pretty geeked
  13. Got my max skates baked today. Two chairs over from me was Daniel Alfredsson. His son said he liked my skates, I think he might get a pair :) I wanna wear these tonight but guess I'll wait on the bake to settle, don't think 8 hours is enough
  14. does anyone know If the standalone cages will launch along with the Fitlite helmets? Or is it only going to be available at first in the combo? 6/19 - Easton Stealth stick line CCM FitLite helmet/Ultra Tacks stick line
  15. you should. Check out ice warehouse they always have the best deals on alkali ;)
  16. fairly well. When I worked in the same lab before (as a contractor), he was my bosses boss, lol. He has encouraged me to apply for a job before, but I received the offer on the one I currently have so I passed it up. the second interview is with my previous boss, and another guy I know very well who is parallel to him in position. I will be a lot less nervous for that one. They know my work ethic and abilities, its just embarrassing to make a mistake on a simple question like that.
  17. yes, whatever you are up to, looks like it will be aesthetically pleasing at the least =)
  18. over-analyzing interview questions. I have this thing, where every interview I have been on, I take a question and think they are looking for a deep answer when really its just a simple answer they want. This time it was particularly bad, as I got my brain muddied by my current position and some similar terminology. It was like being in quick sand, especially in front of someone I know and have worked under before, to not be able to answer the question properly was disheartening to me. Its like I think they want me to get up and good will hunting style fix a complex problem in front of them on the board, when really they just wanted a few simple answers. At least I have the second interview to try and break the streak.
  19. Loctite and the like basically act as a soft of lock so that the bolts don't turn in the axles causing it to loosen over the course of a game.
