Speedplate is not being released (after market) until Spring 2016, it is being released with the 1X skate.

They won't be available aftermarket until 2016, sadly. They'll still be released with the 1X's though.

So when only the shaft or blade breaks we have to wastefully overpay and buy a whole new overpriced stick. Great

And no decent shoulder pads by ccm? More bs

well prepare to be pissed off at most manufacturers as shaft releases become more and more sparse. most retailers around me are still trying to clear out shafts from sticks 2-4 generations ago.

Ultra Tacks line is the descendent of Jofa inspired pads.

I don't think they look like a flimsy joke.. many newer pads are going towards that type of foam chest protection. The CL and Bauer APX2 are an example. I haven't really used it yet but the pros are flocking towards the CL and it has bee a very successful product. Certainly worth a look before you bash it.

Just bought 3 Warrior Dynasty AXT1 shafts from HM on clearance- $84 - 25% off, free shipping. I do not think that technology has come such a long way, since these shafts were introduced, that I would notice a difference.

Supreme and Vapor protective releases usually alternate - since there's a new Supreme line of protective this spring I'd expect a new Vapor line next spring (approx. mid-April). You should start seeing clearance deals on existing Vapor products line the APX 2 gloves late this year or early next year.
