Edit: Nice gloves there Dupes. You're getting up there with TBL and Drew in terms of taste, I think. Though yours are definitely more recent products.

This just arrived in the mail about five minutes ago. The original Synergy Grip. One of the best sticks Easton ever made, IMO. If I had the opportunity to stock up on these sticks back then, I would have. Unfortunately, I was younger and lacked the finances that I have now. Definitely one of my top five favorite sticks.

Krev: Are you going to play with it? I would hate to break a stick that is nearly impossible to replace.

Dupes: Those gloves are beauties! I want to see a family picture soon!

Doubtful. IF I do, it'll be at a stick and puck session just for kicks. Then it's over to the collection pile with the rest of the non-replaceables.

All my sticks. Some of you recall me having an RS. I snapped the blade in half during a game a few weeks ago.

From left to right: Modano SiCores x3, Modano Dolomites x3, Modano T-Flex, 85 T-Flex, 110 T-Flex, Easton Stealth Pro x2, Easton Stealth, Easton SiCore Grip, Ballistik 52Cal.

Blades for my T-Flex shafts pictures above. Five Modano blades on the left, two Sakic and two Yzerman on the right. The one in the middle is a Modano Pro.

Those old Modano SiCores are easily one of my favourite sticks ever made

Custom X60 Goalie Conversion

6030911928_be69d07388_b.jpg

I have freaky wide feet (these are 6.5 EEEE/B), and I didn't want to get custom goalie skates. My custom APX came in and I retired my X60s, so I figured I'd get goalie cowlings on them and use them as goalie skates. Everything worked ok, the boot was a tight squeeze width wise for the boot.

hmmm.. wouldn't it be awkward with the lack of ankle flexion and the tendion guard being there? it is basically like playing with player skates on with the added shell for protection..

Actually, with the amount of blade on the ice from the goalie blades it's not like playing in player skates.
