Don't overthink it. I was skating on a Quad 0 and my customs came with a Quad XS and I didn't notice/experience any difference.

I have a large Bauer 7500 cage that I've used on my large Reakt 75 helmet and also a CCM 710 I was trying out. The cage worked fine with both helmets.

Great value in both those. I have the 710, great helmet. When it comes to shins and elbows. My recommendation would be the Tacks line. It's the closet you'll get to older style gear.

Both of those are great choices, can't go wrong. I will say that for elbows and shins you might want to try SLS for another pair of Jofas, as there is definitely nothing like them around. Personally I've been using Supreme 1S elbows and 2S pro shins and am plenty happy for rec league, but if I play competitive tourneys I'm in my Synergy 700 Pros or 8K pros. The e700 is also my go to helmet, and I like the of Reakt, but I tried on the Warrior alpha one and it's actually a great bucky.

YES. Really hoping bauer considers bringing an accurate iteration of the e700 back soon. secondary market growing thin ha.
