  1. I wish they still made them. That system was much better than the slots, didn’t need to re-tighten the screws all the time.
  2. Only depth and height. It doesn’t allow tilting the visor if you install it correctly.
  3. Just a warning for everyone, The Finn will be in again...
  4. They hinge a bit both ways. Whether the forearm part hinges down or not doesn’t really matter that much mobility wise though, your arm doesn’t bend that way unless it breaks.
  5. CCM CL, RBZ, QLT, FT1 are all 3 piece elbow pads.
  6. Quicklites are the lowest profile ones I’ve used. The cap especially is much smaller than CL/RBZ/FT1.
  7. From a Slovenian website I found through Google.
  8. Looks exactly the same...
  9. Like icemonster said the VR24 bows out on the bottom. VR25 is straighter and close to Oakley VR903. Performance is the same, just a bit different shape.
  10. Fit is pretty much the same but Bauer shells run a size smaller. Had to wear a size L shell with a medium NXG girdle too.
  11. I’ve used a Dynasty girdle with NXG/MX3 shells and the attachment points line up perfectly.
  12. Well my FT390s legs are noticeably wider and more loose fitting than my 1Xs but I guess I’m wrong 🤷‍♂️
  13. Jetspeeds are tighter in the hips but open up in the legs, Vapors are slim all around
  14. I’ve been very happy with the Tydan DLC. To me they’re as good as Step Blacksteel.
  15. Thanks! This will hopefully help me to attend more summer events down the road.
  16. Job interview on Tuesday. if I get the job, giving my two week notice will be one of the happiest days of my life!
  17. Looks like regular blue gauze or stretch grip tape.
  18. Got the Super Tacks a couple of weeks ago for a price I couldn’t pass up. Been very happy with them so far.
  19. I’ve seen loads of those at a local sports chain store too. If you like the QRL that’s a good deal, although claiming the “normal” price is 349€ is just stupid of them. And yes, that stick is a Covert QRL painted as Alpha QX.
  20. These definitely belong in here...
  21. CCM Ribcor Trigger ASY 75 flex P28 & custom toe curve Grip Time used: 6 months About me 36 years old, pure recreational sniper. I love to get my shots off as quickly and unpredictably as possible and I've always preferred lower flex low kick sticks with toe curves. I'm easy on my sticks and take care of them. Looks The Trigger is a very clean looking stick. Black base with a white CCM logo on the lower part transforms into a green transparency on the handle to show the carbon texture. Blade One of my favorite things about this stick. It's got a nice soft feel which makes it very easy to catch passes with and helps with puck handling but at the same time it's stiff enough to get that really good pop for snap shots. As you'd expect from a top end stick the blade doesn't open up and shooting is extremely consistent. Shaft The Ribcor series has a traditional, square shaft shape - another spec I prefer. It has a great, tacky grip with some texture that helps a lot with shooting. Flex feels true and it's easy to load. The lower part obviously has the concave shape with the pre-loaded fiber tech. Weight While it's not the lightest stick on the market, it's extremely well balanced and close enough to the other top of the line sticks. Shooting Here's where the stick really excels. It's very easy to get a good, accurate shot with the Trigger; great pop and kick with every kind of shot even with minimum effort. I rarely take slap shots but it works fine for them too. It suits my playing style perfectly. Durability So far the stick has held up perfectly. Like I said I'm easy on my sticks but there will always be some slashing and hacking involved. Haven't noticed any deterioration in performance either, shots are as hot as on the first time I used it. Blade is crisp without cracks or splits. Overall The Trigger has stolen my heart. It's got everything I look for in a stick from the square shaft shape to the tacky grip and soft feeling blade. It's very consistent and easy to shoot with, feels balanced and light and I feel it just makes me a better player overall. The blade has held up very well with only some minor surface scratches. Hosel has a couple of inevitable dings, but only on the finish. Grip has actually started to wear off after all the use.
