So after a long delay, I finally received my custom Eagle gloves. there was a bit of an issue with them so I had to send them out to get "corrected" but no biggie. Basically I had ordered X50s but they made them to the X70 specs which include the extended cuff which I hate so after taking so long to get these gloves in, I just took them to a shoe repair place local to me and had them modify the cuffs to what my old X50s were. Here's the breakdown:

X70 base

Split Fingers

MSH3 Palms

MSH3 Gussets ( red/white/black pair)

Mesh Gussets (black pair)

Custom cuffs (had originally ordered the "custom pro cuff" which Gus had stated would be what I wanted but didn't get that :( )

These things feel amazing and were everthing I was looking for. Looking back I should have just had the cuffs on the X70s I purchased off a member here done up like these and had them repalmed/gussetted but hey, nothing beats non-smelling gloves!

I didn't want to play too much with the fit given how much I liked the fit of the retail Stealths though I did opt for shorter gussets; a wise decision in retrospect. What I really wanted was to have the colorway echo that of the Easton Air GX9500 gloves that the Calgary Flames wore in the 1994 season. Gary Suter and German Titov (below) are the only wearers to my knowledge.

Huge, HUGE thank you to Jesse, Easton, and everyone else who made this possible. I've wanted customs like these for so long and to be able to get to make a pair just the way I wanted them was a dream come true.

These were pro stock Jimmy Hayes APX2 gloves (non-PORON lined) that I wanted beefed up, and re-palmed:

I asked Pat to taper the backhand plates to fit the profile of the flex cuff, so that I max on protection, without interference when my wrists flex:

These thumb guard half moon pieces prompted this customization, and then I figured that if I am paying shipping over the border both ways, then I may as well go all out.

If anyone wants to save time in dialoguing with Pat (he's cool, but he's busy; and I highly doubt that he wants to have the same 5 conversations that he had with me, 100 more times in the next 5 years, so he can identify what people may want), then here is what everything is called, and the price in Canadian dollars:
