yea briere is nike bauered out, skates, sticks, gloves, and helmet, and i like gloves with different colored fingers

I think the orange fingers complete the look. You don't get that same feeling of retro goodness without them.

Yup. But nearly everything can be updated. Actually, I was thinking maybe leaving the binding orange, with the cuff and the finger tips... Not too many one-piece fingers around now. ;)

Turcos all black setup looks pretty killer.

Note the fallen stars players left skate has what looks like double the rivets of his right just though it was odd

check out the # of rivets on the left skate (comparing to the normal right one)!

Got confirmation today. He's pulling/stretching rivets on his push off. Thus for a sturdier pushing platform.

That picture doesn't really do them justice - they're awesome.

That said, they'd be that much better with 4500s and 4-rolls instead of those CCM monstrosities.
