  1. Hate “Canes,” love every other aspect. I hope this Canes, Bolts thong doesn’t become a thing
  2. Inno made, it couldn’t be anything but good. 🤣
  3. JoFa made a comp shaft briefly, 9800 maybe, with that concept, but it flipped halfway down the shaft so the convex was always in your palm.

  5. Other way around. Concave on the forehand.
  6. https://www.amazon.com/White-Finger-Tape-Pack-Grappling/dp/B07MQ2279R/ref=mp_s_a_1_1_sspa?keywords=finger+tape&qid=1565108796&s=gateway&sprefix=finger+ta&sr=8-1-spons&psc=1 I’ve never seen this tape in person to gauge the materials but I was considering it for the same purpose
  7. I had purchased the Tackla breezers Girdle, it had some pretty substantial tail bone padding, to the point it was almost awkward to sit on. You can see the pads removed on my IG post. I didn’t take any hard falls on it, so I can’t comment on that aspect.
  8. Are the extended shafts actually that now? For years they were nothing more than fused composite plugs, which may account for the weight.
  9. I agree, the Red/Yellow/Grey combo are an eyesore. I held one over the weekend, the taper dimensions aren't as oblate as compared to the S19/CX, but it felt more solid. Not as "brittle" as the Easton's tended to feel, the shaft felt thicker and heartier, but not heavier
  10. One piece, technically yes, but it was two pieces fused together. I suppose in today's terminology it would be closer to a mid kick This, in my opinion fits your needs; https://www.prostockhockey.com/hockey-sticks/player-sticks/left-team-stock-rbz-stage-2-75-flex-stick-6/
  11. Anything in a tapered shaft blade combo, or a fused OPS variation of would be most similar. Sakic still exists in the major manufacturers, so you should have some bargain hunting luck. Most sticks will be noticeably lighter these days, and after a long hiatus you may experiment with a lower flex. You’ll also eventually graduate to a true one piece, but cross that bridge once you get there. If it were me, I’d go the tapered shaft route, or a Pro stick from the RBZ family, the earlier ones were fused OPS
  12. I went from 280 LS3 Edge (35/55 Cag), to 272 LS BlackSteel, to XS Step steel. I felt the significant backward lean the first few times. I had the blades profiled to Hudson V (or whatever it’s colloquially called) and get right back to normal. Id personally try a profile, or heel lifts before anything more drastic like a holder swap
  13. Mid October release, I’ve heard
  14. I don’t think these are all that rare, but an interesting set to add to the collection.
  15. I wish all seven games could've been refereed the way game 7 was. What a game, and what a run. Proud of the Notes
  16. Yes but I attach them with 8 MLx screws, not rivets
  17. Yes and yes. Put 280’s on size 8’s, it worked very well.
  18. I didn't think it was a material that was reactive or resistant to heat, but I may be wrong on that.
  19. If nothing else, the entire line is a fantastic value. I liked the fit of the whole line, so if they fit you well, I think you’ll be happy.
  20. The RX2 line of pant was comfortable and protective, Assuming they just made some improvements when releasing the RX3, it should be a very good pat, and above average value.
  21. That's a common thing in every beer league I've ever played in, but some people just want their 6 second of ice time 🙄 Not a dick move
  22. I feel like we've had that before in thread form, and it was difficult to follow and kind of died off
