Thanks for all the input everyone. @puckpilotI think you are onto something. I don't feel like trying to reinvent the wheel at this point lol. I'm 6'4 230 lbs and use a 95-100 flex stick depending on brand. Have been toying with the idea of bumping down to an 85-90 flex to see what it would be like. As I'm getting older, along with some aches and pains in the shoulders and elbows, i know for a fact that i dont get my shot off quite as quick or as hard anymore. Maybe going this new route of slightly lower stick flex will help with all of it and I wont have to try as hard.

I'm curious if this will be due to a more flexible boot , or just the new flexible tendon guard. Looks like the attachment for this has reverted back to a rivet from the screw they were using.

It might be a big jump, but probably the P28 or P29. With that said, you can tweak your shooting technique with the P88/P40/P80 to hit top shelf too. I don't have a problem doing so, but I do have to slightly tweak my shot to get the higher angle.

Howdy, So does that mean their CCM P90TM curve clone will only be available on a single Hzrdus stick model? That seems kinda unfortunate. Also... Hzrdus? Just stop it. Mark

Based on some non-validated internet rumblings - maybe it could be?

I can’t believe they did this, I hope all of the feed back they’re getting online assists them in reconsidering. Otherwise I plan to convert hyperlites.

They're nice but I would have waited for the Mach. Nicer looking skates and they look basically the same

I ditched the velcro a while ago in favor of the old school garter belt, it just works better for me. A couple of months ago I decided I liked how my old 9K girdle had the built in velcro tabs for the old RBK socks and decided to make my own garter belt version by attaching the garter clips to some old velcro that I then stuck to the front velcro on my Super Tacks girdle (I have my thigh pads up just above the middle of the adjustment area so had some room below), I then sewed the clips to the back of the girdle, so it's all connected now and works like a charm. My 6th grade home-ec sewing skills keep coming in handy 😆
