Removing graphics on JetSpeed FT1?
VegasHockey replied to VegasHockey's topic in Ice Hockey Equipment
I have done this with the AS1 too. I'll see if I have some pics laying around. -
I find the jet speed fit about 0.5 sizes smaller than others. For example, I wear a 7EE in Vapor and a 7.5 EE in jet speed.

What are these Overdrive enhancements? I went to your website and am still not clear on what they are and what they do. -
I also have never the had Gen 1 or Gen 2 fail. I think the Gen 2 is more comfortable but I do like how firm and responsive the Gen 1 SP feel.

Removing graphics on JetSpeed FT1?

You want to use something like this: https://bit.ly/2ItcsGB I used Goof Off and a toothbrush. -
I find their grips are too thick and prevent me from having enough puck feel.

What is a nano sprinkle? It sounds delicious and something I would add to a cupcake 😉

For me the arch support in them actually hurts. I have very high arches so maybe that's the issue. I experimented with different sized SF but all of them hurt at the front of the area he, just behind the ball of my foot. Other than high are he's my feet are pretty standard. I'm between a 7.5D and a 7.5EE in most skates, an actual 7.5E fits perfect!

They hurt my feet. Aren't grippy, so my feet slide, and don't really find they do much of anything for me that's beneficial. I like them in my shoes but not in skates.

I'll check this out. Looks interesting. Kinda pricey though. I use 3M spray adhesive and then use the wrap. Its waterproof and easy can be removed with over the counter solvents. Typically I only tape my stick end once and then never need to do it again.

Not sure if I read anything of significance here. Most resins and carbon or composite technologies are first developed for companies that specialize in the space, marine and aeronautical industries before those technologies either go mainstream or the patents allow for others usage. So when I read about some "game-changing" technology being released I am very skeptical.

I absolutely hate SF. Sorry.

Makes me wonder though if a player actually feel that slight off mounting? I was poking around online and found some other Pro Stock skates with oversized holders. To be honest, they also look like they are mounted very far forward as well. One of them was a pair of 280 holders on a 7.5 skate, for example.

I used to use this buy on my gloves with softer palms it does wear them slightly and discolor them hence why I stopped using it.

Is this thing for real or is this some April Fools joke? Looking at it I would think your bing bong would get blown off if you take a shot to the crotch.

The FT490 has slightly more room in the heel and ankle than the FT2 since there is less padding, I feel like the FT490 fits more like a Super Tack AS1 in the heel. Overall, the FT2 is slightly more snug. However. neither are as snug as the FT1. If anything, I think the fit of the FT1 is ideal for a players foot like mine and no other retail skate fits like it, including the Vapor. The only way for me to get the same level of fit is with TRUE.

I personally use a Bauer Speed Plate in all of my skates. I love them.
-
What was the cost on that? The work looks very good.
-
Pics. Looks like they didn't drill any new holes in the rear and either made the holes in the forefoot larger or drilled new holes.
-
Picture please.

I'll have him snag a photo and email me it. When I get it I'll post it.
