It has been leading the news every day since it happened.

The Atlantic side is still pretty clean, isn't it?

Fellas, you can't have the commissioner reversing safe/out calls from a game. What is next, reversing balls and strikes because we all know that sometimes home plate umps get those wrong from time to time. The call stands. Was it a collosal f---up? Yes. Should they change the outcome of it? No.
-
Great, because MLB games aren't long enough already.
-
On a play like that, there is no way another umpire would have had a better look than the guy who choked the call.

Some women are just that way when it comes to travel. Mine usually loses it a little the morning we're heading out and she's quite the low maintenance gal.

My opinion of IT departments is only slightly above that of HR departments.

Latest Bauer ID stick delivered today. I really wish Mr. Reebok would do the same as I'd love to try a 10K with a P12 pattern.

To be fair, Raycroft was only 2 years past winning the Calder when the Leafs decided to see if he could recapture his form. Yes, it was a gamble but had Raycroft panned out then they would have looked like geniuses.

If the opposition is scoring 13-16 goals a game then perhaps you should look again at that great defense.

Ah, so your dad is collecting disability and working under the table jobs. Thanks, I always like to know my tax money is being used for good.

Because noone holds them accountable.

Looking at the catalog, I see the S19 shaft is supposedly the same Kevlar/Graphite construction that it has always been. I'm curious to see what sites are showing the S19 shaft at 360 grams. Strange that a shaft would be off by almost 25%.

Tons of talk around Boston radio on the booing of Dennis Wideman. I was surprised to hear it so much watching last night's game but I can't say it wasn't somewhat deserved. If his coach and the media calling him out didn't do the trick then maybe hearing it from the fans finally will. He seemed to have a much better game after another dreadful giveaway that wound up in the back of the net. Hunwick has also looked much better the last 2 games. I don't know what his problem was most of the season but he looked timid most of the time out there.

Game was on the deuce, that might have been part of your problem.

Seeing the comparisons, I think the B's would do better getting either Hall or Connolly. Center is the one area (as long as everyone is healthy) where the B's are well set up. Hall would be the first choice since goals are at a premium right now with the B's but having a Forsberg-like guy on the wing, perhaps alongside Bergeron, would be nice. Heck, if the B's end up holding the 2nd pick after the lottery then it might not be a bad idea to trade down to the three spot.
-
The B's have some cap issues, I believe, so they would be hard pressed to turn the pick into anyone who would be worth it. Their best bet is to hope one of those top two kids makes an instant impact.

It would be a good time to consider stretching the skates.

I'm not sure on the percentage of getting the number 1 pick but I believe the system does work that the worst you can fall in the lottery is one slot.
