I heard the Hyperlite's run big.

That's great because the most important part of removing the steel is having the trigger pulled way in.

I was told you could order them from any Bauer dealer. -

Why not get the tongue from the UltraSonic or Mach? -
Off ice - slide board or Power Skater (Stryd.os)?

What about a skating treadmill? That's really all it's for isn't it? -

That's a very interesting comment. -
Off ice - slide board or Power Skater (Stryd.os)?

I had to look those up, wasn't sure what they were. Sounds fun but we have to skate on the ice. No where to roller skate outdoors even in the summer. -
My son's UltraSonic skates are over a year old now. They're in good shape despite really heavy use in Bantam A and varsity. I think this is a pair he'll keep even if he picks up a new pair. My question is can we get these tongue's replaced with the actual UltraSonic/Mach tongue? He's a fan of this particular style.

Skate profiling recommendation for amateur player

What about youth players? Didn't/doesn't Byonic use an 8' radius on all of their junior runners? Thought I had read that. -
That was really cool. Not sublimated.

FYI, ITR is Ian Roberts. He gave me an estimate of $85-$105 depending on material options. About a month wait. I'm not sure what I will do. That's on the upper end of the price range for me. Might just get a new pair.

The Supreme's were always sold as an anatomical, close to the body fit. At least that's what Bauer said.

Bauer Pulse Ti vs. DLC (Step / Bladetech / etc.)

Am I missing something here? We're comparing Bauer runners to Step? Why? Can I currently buy Step for Bauer Edge holders. Didn't think so. -
Bauer Pulse Ti vs. DLC (Step / Bladetech / etc.)
218hockey replied to krisdrum's topic in Ice Hockey Equipment
We've skated on a pair of 280mm Pulse TI runners for two seasons of competitive checking league hockey. Over 70 games anyway. The finish is amazing in that it doesn't look much different than when new (I wish we could pull photos directly from our devices for this board). The edge retention is good but they get damaged a lot sometimes not making it through a game. I chalk some of this up to the Fire hollow we choose. -

Those look great, but $400-$1000? Wow. -
In Between Senior and Intermediate Sticks

That's pretty basic stuff, I hope you're not wasting all those paragraphs trying to explain to me. I totally agree. It can be said in a sentence as it is above. -

Warrior makes 65 flex senior sticks as well. -

Huh? I guess you are correct in the walls of the stick don't actually change but if I cut a stick in half I'm not going to be able to bend it. I would correct you and say the flex doesn't change but the flex rating would. Anyway, you know what I mean. -
I tried to message you, it would not send. Anyway, I'm looking for size 9 insoles, like what came in the UltraSonics or similar.

As far as fit, you must have a fairly wide head. We have found the RE-AKT, and the RE-AKT 150 similar.

Half of $500? Right on.

$250 for a usable size. They're old skates. Unless there is a vintage surcharge. 🙄

Wow. I guess doing them on my own I would never bake at 220. But if that's what the manufacturer says.
