what a ballsy move. i love it though, i give the guy props for having that big of a pair. and now he has an awesome story to tell. totally worth it. i wonder if someone dared him to do it cause he looks like he dont skate much. During the lockout Cory Sarich, Nolan Pratt, Chris Dingman and Dave Andreychuk would get together with some USF hockey alumni and have a closed half-ice pickup with a couple high-level goalies. One time a girl opens the door and Chris Dingman skates over, he chats with her a bit and comes back to the bench. Andy asks him what she wanted... Dingman: "Uhhh, she wanted to know if she could skate with us" Andy: "And you said?.." Dingman: "I uhhh said ok" The entire group: "Aargh, why the hell did you do that?!" Dingman: "I didn't want to be mean." She didn't realize who everyone was and she... well she wasn't good. She skated a bit, gave up and left.

What team does he play for? My buddy plays for the Chi-town Shooters.

Very few of you know that I've had a rather hard month but it's nice to have something to be excited about.. One of my good friends started and won the first game of his pro career tonight(goaltender, AAHL). :)

I have the missed-the-item remorse, I almost made a thread asking if anyone from MSH bought the Ryan Malone Winter Classic gloves. I want them. :(

Plus shipping costs and gas money. ;)

They've been on the hockey shop website for months.

Flex feels as rated, it shoots better than any previous Vapor stick(IMO) but the downside is that there is very little feel on the blade. You can feel it there with the sheer lightweight-ness of the stick but you get very little feedback from the blade, I'd compare it to the S17 in puck feel. Durability, haven't broke it in the four months I've had it but it's not good enough, in my opinion, to use over my one95s and R2XN10s... I've only used it maybe 10 times.

Go fack yourself Gilroy! lol She has like 2 pairs of shoes, she only wears flip flops!
-
That doesn't work for me, the gf has a lot less shoes than pairs of gloves I have. She has less shoes than I have!

Yeah, 15" glove. The palm is neat, it has a digital overlay on the thumb and a small strip on the palm. The strip is similar to the CCM pro palm, where it basically just covers the stitching.

I wouldn't say that. Around here the shop with the crook for an owner, no selection and high prices has the FIT system in place and the legit shop with the good prices doesn't. lol thats awesome...does anyone know if that can be used on skates? say Bauers for example? or do they have to be CCM's? thanks in advance guys :D Of course you can use them on other skates. I actually thought about going to the sleaze-ball shop(which I avoid at all costs) to use it for my one95s. The system is rather old but they are great for skates like the one90/one75, one95, nine-1, U+, Kor, etc... because of the amount of molding that these skates offer.

The CCM F-I-T machine evenly puts pressure on the outside of the skate boot while you're wearing them(while warm from baking). It adds an extra element to the baking process over just sitting with the skates on your feet.

I believe that would be his S19, painted like a S17(obviously). Link

haha, well the bottom four are just some Lightning sticks I snagged for almost nothing. Two graphic-less St Louis Eastons and a St Louis CCM v110, and a game used Lecavalier v110. I really only rotate a few for regular use. Some sit a while before they get used again. I've still been using the same one for a long time, the others are unused. I can't believe the shaft has lasted soo long, there's no paint left on the darn thing!

haha yeah, they're where I can keep an eye on them. ;) Since it was inventory time, here's my stick collection. Not shown: 3 Kovalchuk and two Afanasenkov pro stock Dolomite blades, two TPS short-hosel tapered custom wood blades and 1 Easton T-Flex Chris Drury pro stock blade.

Drew has more gloves but we also have vastly different tastes when it comes to gloves... with one major exception.

Cleaning up the spare room for a visator. This isn't from the storage unit, just what was laying around in the 1 room FYI. How many sticks do you have, ballpark? I think it would be approximately a shit-ton of sticks... in scientific terms.

Colin White had the same cuff setup when he wore Eastons. Although the cuff roll is a newer design and the glove is nylon rather than leather. That length of cuff isn't exactly common.

Edit - He answered already.

you saw them? Yeah, Ive been looking for Habs color pair for a while, and I couldnt pass them...they are like new. Of course. ;)
