    I just cancelled my subscription. The articles (and authors) are really good, but I've found that I never end up reading anything these days. That's more on me than on them.

    If it was meant to be a generic MSH item it would be the SummerJam colors. I'd also love to see a generic MSH jersey and shell available too. Please do keep in mind though that what we're talking about is a complete hypothetical. I don't want people to get the wrong idea. It's also vastly off-topic for this thread 🙂

    For me personally that style was never what I was into but if generic MSH gloves were to ever be made I would vote for that style too because it’s so timeless. And I’d gladly buy a pair too.

    I can't find a whole lot of info out there on the various models and the differences. Just looking at prostockhockey.com to see what they have. MHP18 HP30CH HP35 / HP35C / HP35CX / HP35CX-XTRA HP45 / HP45X / HP45XP / HP45XP-XTRA HP70 P520 / HP520ECHL / MHP520S HPUCLP HP7000 I assume the ones with the same numbers are variations on the same style, but what does, for example the C or CX vs the X or XP mean? What about when it starts with 'M'? Is anyone familiar enough with all these model names to know what they mean?

    Played my first early morning game in 30 years today. Normally we play this team on Wednesday nights at 10:15pm but we had a game canceled for a power outage so this was the makeup game. WAY better than playing a late game! Oh, and just found out the new hockey director has made goalies free in our league 🙂 The previous guy was the only one I’ve ever seen that makes goalies pay league fees!

    For me it was when everything I had was custom and/or pro stock. As a goalie, I don’t think I wear anything at this point you can buy off a shelf. Even my mask is retail but it’s painted. The pants are Crawford pro returns. That’s as retail as my gear gets. So now I don’t even bother going to the store anymore.

    Wilson again. Now, to be clear: this is not an illegal check to the head. I have no issue with the point of contact. The problem is the upwards trajectory due to the way he almost jumped into the hit. So it is definitely charging. I’m sure the league will look at it but it could probably go either way on supplemental. Because they look at whether a play is suspendable BEFORE they take repeat offender status into account, I expect this to be let go by DPS.
